Hmm, this was from 7 years ago, when desktop personalitzation was SOOO simple and everyone changed the colors of their windows in the non-XP age... so this is the jazzed-up version of the 60's USA, one of the old desktop themes from MS Plus! for Windows 95/ValuPack Enhancements for Windows 98. I still like to experiment with color nowadays, but in different ways...
